1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds for purchases made through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle's Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer law.
2. Eligible Products
- One-time purchase apps.
- Subscription app purchases and eligible subscription charges.
- Digital products, access, license keys, and app downloads sold through Paddle.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use Paddle buyer support or contact us and we will help direct your request.

Please include the email address used during purchase, your Paddle order ID or receipt, and the app name.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for subscription payments are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable law.
5. Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for YourTools purchases made through Paddle checkout. Paddle processes payments, taxes, invoices, and approved refunds.
